Please collect your room key from the organizing team at the group check-in area. In case of loss, a replacement fee of VND 200,000 per key card may apply, in accordance with the resort's policy.

Upon entering your room, please check all items and equipment against the provided inventory list before use. If you notice any damages or missing items, kindly contact the front desk to request a replacement or assistance.

Before leaving your room, please double-check all personal belongings to avoid leaving anything behind. Kindly return all in-room items such as slippers, towels, blankets, and pillows to their original place.

During check-in, please present your Citizen ID card upon request by the front desk. For international guests, a valid passport with visa or proof of legal entry is required.
